Qualifications Required:
- A Ph.D. in Agriculture or a closely related academic discipline from a recognized university.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the university in promoting academic excellence and fostering an environment conducive to scholarly and academic pursuits.
- Manage strategic planning, oversee implementation, and mobilize resources for university and its research programs.
- Network with both national and international institutions to enhance educational standards and research capabilities.
